Create your own absence types and customize absence registration so it fits your company's needs 100%.

By defining your own absence types you can adapt the absence view, by creating specific types of absence and adjust the absence to a employee level. 

'Absence types' is our new function which can be found in Registrations > Holiday and absence > Absence types. You'll be able to see all the different types of absence available in Zenegy. 

If you want to create a specific type of absence, e.g. 'work from home', which one or more employee can register, you'll see that in 'Create absence' you'll be able to create your own types of absence in the categories: 

• Sickness 
• Training and education 
• Other absence 
• Holiday at own expense 

You'll be able to name the type of absence you create and the name will be visible in 'Absence types' and for the employees when they are registering absence. 

It's possible to customize all types of absence, both the ones you create and the ones that are standard for the system, and you can define which employees can register on which types of absence.
