Zenegy supports DA/LO's (Danish Employers' Association/National Organisation of Denmark) Foundation of development. The main purpose of the foundation is to ensure an ongoing development of the Danish model with emphasis on a flexible regulation of the collective agreement, combined with a safe environment for the employees' readjustment and mobility. The National Organisation of Denmark and the Danish Employers' Association will follow the tendencies of development that challenges the Danish model while simultaneously avoiding social dumping.
