Employees can keep track of their flex hours and use Zenegy for the administration. It is easy to register new hours or spend hours that have saved on the flex account. On the employee's profile he/she can gain an overview of the status of their registered flex hours; whether they are pending approvement, have been approved or possibly have been rejected. In order to make use of Flex hour registration module, a company owner must activate it under ”My company”. Under ”Registrations” the company owner can add or spend hours on behalf of the employees. When registering flex hours, a Project ID can be added, to which the registration is linked. This makes it easy to get an overview of how many flex hours are associated with individual projects.
