Write a personal note to an employee or a universal note to all the employees in the company in connection with the payroll. They may be special conditions for the current payroll that the employee needs to be advised on – or you could take advantage of the opportunity to please your employees by wishing them a good summer, a Merry Christmas and a happy New Years.

You could also take the opportunity to say congratulations to your employees on an anniversary or any other important achievements.
