By enabling notifications, either the head of department or the owner will receive a notification when an employee registers sickness, holiday, mileage and what not. A notification will also be sent if contact person or any account numbers are changed. In this way, you'll always stay up-to-date on recent registrations or changes in the company.
You can also choose to receive notifications when employees' birthdays or anniversaries are coming up. For birthdays you'll be notified 14 days in advance and for anniversaries you'll be notified 30 days in advance. In any case, the department manager will only receive notifications for those employees linked to his/her department.
In order to enable notifications, you need to go to My company > Basic > Settings.
