Zenegy HR

Zenegy HR can be used as an addition to Zenegy Payroll or as a solitary product. The price is 15 DKK per active employee per month, regardless of the set-up you decide on.

You'll get everything from Zenegy Payroll, and:
- Items and Access
  Administrate and assign your company's units and access to employees while also gaining an overview of which units and access, your employees have received.
- Employee App
  Let your employees update their master data and register hours, absence, mileage as well as supplements and deductions via Zenegy's employee app. Download it in AppStore and Google Play.
- Documents
  You'll get the opportunity to save documents related to a specific employee on their profile. You can also decide which documents should be available for your employee and which are for your eyes only.
- Add relatives
  Allow your employees to add their relatives' contact information and use it for festive events or if an accident occurs.
- Courses
  Simple administration of courses and a clear overview of available courses for employees.
ADD-ON
e-Boks module

Your employees will receive their payslips in e-Boks. Once the module has been added, all of your employees are automatically signed up for the service.
