See your employees current balance in the employee report

The masterdata report shows the last date for the last payroll for an employee and the report also shows the year for this payroll

Create a savings from optional supplements and hourly rates. As an example an employee can use the savings to save up a percentage of their salary, to be paid out later.

It's possible to create a supplement as payment based on the employees extra holiday entitlement in days or hours. The system will automatically write the balance down.

The person that sends the payroll to approval and the employee that approves the salary will receive notification on e-mail regarding the payroll run.

Employees with a steady monthly pay will have date of employment and hourly rate added to their payslip.

Add the e-mail where you wish to receive your invoices. You can do this at 'My company'.

If an employee wishes to change their withholding rate, the company can easily change this directly in Zenegy.

The import file can now also import: Company date, Holiday allowance spent current year and Holiday allowance spent last year.

Zenegy will use the available tax card received from SKAT. This is not necessarily the tax card requested for the employee. If the requested tax card is already in use, SKAT will send a different tax card to Zenegy, which will be used to tax the employee.

When you create a new hourly rate, you can now activate the function 'count as sickness in hours'. With this activated the balance for sickness hours will automatically be updated, while data is collected to the absence statistic.

If sickness should be counted in calendar days you can activated this function in 'My company >Pay and bank. The function will count all sick days in the current calendar year. This function is especially useful if your company used the 120 day rule.

It's possible to import hours for employee number 2. This means that when importing hours either employee number 1 or number 2 should be filled out.

Employee masterdata report is updated and now contains a column stating if the employee's CPR. number is valid.

It's possible to report income type 24 in Zenegy

If the company is created with a SE-number, it's now possible to enter a P-number in Zenegy.

The deviation rapport has been updated and now includes account number, and will show if there's a difference in the account number from the previous payroll to the current payroll.

The holiday rapport has been updated to include a view of all holiday years and it's possible to create a view of transferred holiday, lost holidays, prevention from taking holiday and the disbursement of the 5th. holiday week.

It's possible to create a supplement that calculates a percentage of the employees monthly pay.

An employees stock value in the company can be added under supplements -> stock and this can be used when tax needs to be notified.

It's possible to pay out a percentage of the hourly rate. E.g. If you want to pay out 50% of the hourly rate, you can activate this function under "hourly rates"

It's possible to create a supplement based on other hourly rates or other supplements. E.g. if an employee has an hourly rate for 100 kr. and a personal supplement for 5 kr. you can create a supplement where the supplement will be calculated based on the employees hourly rate, which in this case is 105 kr.

When you create a supplement or deduction it's now possible to choose if the name on the supplement or deduction can be overwritten. If you activate this function, the overwritten name will show up on the payslip.

When you register absence there's three new types to choose from; Sickness in hours, Maternity leave in hours with pay and Maternity leave in hours without pay

If a company car is older than 3 years, different calculation rules apply. When you register the can in Zenegys system, you can mark this in the system, and the new calculation rules will be applied to the company car.

In Zenegys employee app everyone has their own, personal guide to holiday entitlement and holding periods. The guide also shows an explanation to the holiday act, it's tailored to the individual and based on the employees current balance

The payslip will show how many vacation day in advance the employee is allowed. It will also show how many vacation days in advance that have been used and how many is left.

We have updated the holiday act on reports and on the payslip. This means you will be able to see two columns where one says "Period" and the other "Year to date". "Period" is the time since the last payslip and "Year to date" is the total balance for the holiday saving year.

There is an easier an more automatic way to work with different rates. It is possible to define the supplement that has to be added to the employees hourly rate (standard rate ). It can be defined as a %-supplement or as amount in kr. This is a way to achieve a general rate, fx. evening supplement, which is added to the employees hourly rate. It is also possible to make account rules, so you can record standard rates on specific accounts.

Holiday at own expense is a new type of holiday registration which allows the employee to register holiday at their own expense. In this instance the employee will be deducted 4,8 % of their entitled holiday per vacation day. This type of registration is especially smart if the employee has vacation days left from their former employer and wish to use these vacation days first.

Pension and AM Pension will now also show up on the payslip as percentages.

Zenegys insurance module integrates eProtect, which is Tryg's cyberinsurance. With eProtect you can get advice and financial reimbursement if your company is attacked by a virus or a hacker attack.

You can now switch between automatic and manuel payment of, for example, labour market contribution (AM-biddrag), tax and other payments. With manuel payment you can choose the date that the payments should be effected by and this means you have freedom of choice to determine the date of transaction.

It is now possible to choose between Danish and English on the PDF payslip that the employee receives. You can change the employee's language settings here: Employees profile > language on payslip. This is also a global value so it is possible to change settings for all employees that wants to receive the PDF payslip in English.

The system makes it possible to remove an employee from the set with the global values, while the employee retains all the values.

The 'Global values' function gets another useful function. The extra function allows you to remove a single salary value from the employee's salary profile - without removing the employee from the rest of the set. This is especially useful if there are fixed elements in the set (employee template) that the individual employee would like to be exempted from.

The 'Global Values' feature has a new useful feature: 'Hyperlinks Navigation'. It is now possible to navigate faster around the different values ​​in the company account. You can access either the entire set or the individual global value directly from the employee profile. This way you get a faster overview and an overall picture of which set and name the global value belongs to.

We have made sure that Christmas gifts and other gifts with a bottom line have their own additional type. It allows companies to differentiate between the different gifts for the employees.

Zenegy offers the option of holiday pay reports, which provides an overview of the holiday balance for each payroll. In the report, you get a complete specification of the holiday balance with all the important detalis.

It's now possible to retrieve accounting reports at both company, department, and employee levels at once. The clear reports can be downloaded together over a number of payroll runs or on one specific payroll run.

All the approved registrations that the company has made before the last day of the pay period - will automatically be included in the salary.

We've added new rights for consultants and administrators so consultants can create registrations and administrators can give other administrators the same rights.

We have updated our guide to the new holiday act. The guide takes you through changes and new rules in the new holiday act from end to end.

We provide a full overview of the employee's holiday balance for the individual holiday years and holiday earnings during the frozen period. Everything is available in Zenegy's payroll system and mobile app.

Following the entry into force of the new holiday act, we have made it possible for companies to define whether unused holiday days from the last holiday year should be transferred automatically to the next holiday year.

With our new function, it's over with manual calculations of monthly salary, and associated supplements if an employee joins in the middle of the month or on erroneous dates. We have made it easy for the payroll manager - and ensure automatic calculation of the salary based on the employee's fixed gross salary, data of employment, and working days of the month.

To better be able to connect employee identifications, we have now placed two fields in which you can type an employee number on the pay profile.

Registration of hours and hour rates are grouped under the function "registration of hours", giving an easier navigation and a clearer overview. On top of that, we have added sorting and filter options - search or sort for a specific hour rate, or filter to show registration of hours based on payroll ID.

As a result of the government's actions regarding COVID-19, it has been declared that the payment of A-tax and AM-contribution can be postponed for small, medium and larger sized companies. Zenegy has automatically postponed and transferred payment for all customers to the new deadline.

Microsoft Business Central is a part of Zenegys Unified Accounting app that makes it possible to connect to several ERP systems from one app. This means that Zenegy and Microsoft Business Central have been integrated. The app optimizes workflows in the management of pay. You can set up the integration directly from the administrator module in Zenegy. Among other things, it provides you with the opportunity to transfer previous payroll runs to Microsoft Business Central.

Employees can now register and keep track of their flex time. In order to activate the module, you'll need to go to "My company" and activate Flex registration module. Under "Registrations" as a company owner, you can add or spend hours on behalf of the employees.

Extended Nets agreement

Zenegy supports employees with taxfree income (code 09), where AM contribution and A Skat won't be deducted from the salary.

Add a personal note to the payslip - you can either add it to a single employee's payslip or to all employees in your company. Either way, the note is added during the payroll run. For all employees, the note is added under "Advanced settings" and for a single employee, you add the note when approving the salary for that employee.

People with short, finished employment arrangements will have their extra holiday entitlement calculated as 0,07 * number of work days in the pay period.
